Job Summary
Interpret and clarify requirements, refine the product backlog, and design technical solutions validated with developers and product owners. Write software development specifications and user stories, then estimate complexity while analyzing processes with business owners to ensure accurate system modeling. Lead end-to-end requests by defining business processes and design sessions with decision-makers, product owners, and end users under minimal supervision. Manage quality assurance processes, build automated functional and integration tests, and deliver training and documentation for developed products. Collaborate with senior engineers to influence design decisions and participate in daily agile ceremonies to ensure work meets requirement goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of experience in banking industry
- Experience in Banking - on cards issuing
- Experience with Worldline or some other card processor
- Experience working with API (CABI or AMS API)
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or an equivalent qualification
- English language proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of payments (SEPA, SWIFT)
- knowledge of standard financial messaging protocols (ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX)
- Experience in using automation frameworks
- Experienced in provider management and if you are acquainted with ensuring governance and regulatory requirements
- Understand and work according to ITIL processes
- Got in touch with microservice architecture and understand the concept of self-contained systems
- Have worked with relational databases, ideally Oracle and if you can use SQL
- Worked in agile and non-agile projects
- German is a plus
