Job Summary
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and document functional specifications to ensure technology solutions align with operational objectives. Translate business needs into detailed use cases, workflows, and system maps while developing training materials and supporting system enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize inventory management, purchasing, and logistics through continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate system requests, analyze operational data for trends, and develop reports supporting inventory accuracy and procurement performance. Coordinate system testing, deployments, and post-implementation support while troubleshooting application issues and maintaining data governance practices. Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or related field
- 6+ years of experience in a business or systems analyst role
- Experience working in cross-functional, multi-site operating environments
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with and knowledge of ERP platforms
