Job Summary

Desired Qualifications

- 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in analytical roles in financial services
- Master’s degree or equivalent plus 4 years of experience (alternative to Bachelor’s)
- Experience with AI platforms and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau
- Experience with use cases, user stories, BPMN, wireframes, and visual workflow modeling
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Agile methodology experience and JIRA proficiency
- Ability to collaborate across business lines and technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
- Experience in data management improvements and cost-benefit/risk analyses
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently in a multi-deliverable environment
- Knowledge of AI integration and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot
