IT Billing Administrator

Job Summary
Billing System Administrator to support the Zuora Billing Platform in a mid-level role. Responsibilities include complete monthly bill run support (Usage File uploads, CPI Rate uploads, Stand Alone Invoices), Zuora administration (data movement between cloud instances, data updates, configurations, workflows, and customization), requirements analysis with stakeholders, reporting and data-driven insights, user support, testing (functional and UAT), and documentation. The role emphasizes data quality, platform hygiene, cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Sales Operations, and related teams, and ongoing knowledge sharing in a fast-paced, private-equity–backed environment. The candidate should be self-starting, organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and comfortable operating in a cloud billing context with a focus on Zuora. Onsite work is required 8am–5pm local Serbia time with some after-hours probability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum five years of experience
- Proven experience as a Zuora(or similar billing system) hands-on Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Zuora(or similar billing system) configuration, customization, and administration
- Experience deploying and supporting Integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Purse Zuora Certifications and expand skillset into Revenue (likely intended: Pursue Zuora Certifications)
