Job Summary
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide meaningful insight into business performance. Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Purchasing, then recommend solutions while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and governance. Support the development and maintenance of SQL Server databases, ETL processes, and data integrations to ensure efficient information flow across business systems. Manage the governance, validation, and maintenance of master data to improve consistency and data quality. Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, automation, and data management processes to shape the future of Business Intelligence within the group.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Development role
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports
- Strong SQL Server knowledge with experience writing T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions and database objects
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server technologies including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
- Experience developing ETL processes and supporting data integration solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across different business functions and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience supporting or maintaining master data and promoting strong data governance practices
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud ERP platforms such as Azure, SAP or Infor M3 would be advantageous
- Experience using Python or an interest in AI and automation technologies would be beneficial
