Job Summary
Lead IT-BCP projects and coordinate cross-organizational risk response systems within Rakuten's IT Strategy/IT Governance scope. Plan, manage, and monitor IT-BCP initiatives; drive operational improvements and policy compliance; conduct organizational awareness and training. Requires professional PM experience in IT system implementation or infrastructure renewal, practical BCM/BCP or IT risk management experience (or strong willingness to learn), plus strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Fluent Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 800+). Desirable: experience with ISO/IEC 27031 / ISO 22301, large-scale system development or IT infrastructure projects, risk management or security operations, and relevant certifications (CBCI, PMP, IT Strategist).
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience as a project manager, such as in IT system implementation or infrastructure renewal.
- Practical experience in BCM/BCP, crisis management, or IT risk management—or a strong interest and willingness to learn these areas.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with management and other departments.
- Japanese (Native), English (Business level: TOEIC 800 or above).
