Job Summary
Guidance-focused Agile Business Analyst with Guidewire Cloud experience embedded in an Agile development team. Translate high-level business requirements into granular user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to map business flows and identify process improvements; create and maintain documentation for development; participate in Scrum ceremonies and facilitate team collaboration. Responsible for defining test cases with QA, ensuring alignment with business intent, and applying knowledge of Guidewire Cloud, insurance domain (P&C), and CI/CD concepts. Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to work in a cross-functional environment and contribute to product roadmaps and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years dedicated experience in business analysis or project management
- Direct experience with Guidewire Cloud
- Agile Proficiency: Scrum and Kanban
