Job Summary
Lead the design and architecture of external customer business systems, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and best practices. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to extract requirements and present functional visions for software products, customizations, and integrations on the Azure platform. Oversee technical implementation of medium to large IT initiatives, tracking status against project plans, quality measures, and milestones while providing guidance throughout the solutions lifecycle. Develop and maintain architectural documentation, identify areas for innovation to increase system scalability, and enforce governance standards for vendor management and the 'one build' concept. Support web and ERP developers with feature creation, act as the gatekeeper between development and production systems, and guide cloud migration strategies from on-premises to Azure. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote, with locations in Burlington or London. The position offers a salary range of $110,729 - $140,497 and includes comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree related to programming, computer science and/or database development/administration
- 6+ years' equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Certified Professional certifications
- Ability to develop, maintain and deliver solutions for automating tasks to simplify day-to-day operations
- Ability to process computer data and interpret the results to ensure data accuracy
- Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL, Storage)
- Cloud architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless)
- Security & identity (Entra ID / RBAC / Zero Trust)
- DevOps & automation (Azure DevOps, Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
- Integration (APIs, messaging, hybrid connectivity)
- Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required
- As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Human Resources
