Job Summary

Provide white glove onsite support for Audio/Video solutions at conference rooms for events, meetings, and webinars. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV devices, Windows systems, and Teams/Zoom conferencing tools. Execute connectivity management, including hard/soft resets, remote access, and replacing faulty components like hard drives or network cards. Conduct physical maintenance such as rack operations, equipment labeling, and cable testing. Manage inventory tracking, asset management, and prepare rooms one hour prior to events. Maintain physical connectivity by verifying power, network links, and indicator lights. Requires ITIL certification and strong AV technology knowledge. Day shift, Mon-Fri 8-5pm in Hopkinsville, KY.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in ITIL process
  • ITIL Certification
  • Strong communication
  • Good understanding of Audio/Video technologies
  • Good understanding of VIP support for conference rooms setup
  • Good experience with End user and Deskside support
  • Must be able to perform tasks that require physical presence at a Customer Locations
  • Must be able to perform rack and stack operations
  • Must be able to handle the installation, replacement, or removal of Equipment Components
  • Must be able to ensure proper physical connectivity by connecting and testing network cables, fiber optic connections and communication links
  • Must be able to maintain an inventory of Equipment, tracking serial numbers, and managing spare parts
  • Must be able to perform on-site troubleshooting tasks, such as verifying power and network Connectivity, checking indicator lights, or physically inspecting Devices
  • Must be able to perform Audio/Video testing on conference rooms and prep the rooms 1 hour before the events or meetings
  • Must be able to replace faulty or damaged Equipment Components, such as hard drives, power supplies, or network cards
  • Must be able to perform physical maintenance tasks such as rack and stack operations, Equipment labeling
  • Must be able to perform connectivity management tasks such as connecting, hard reset, soft reset, providing remote access to Level 2 teams while supporting whole meeting or event durations
  • Must be able to perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Audio/Video devices, Conference room devices, Windows devices, and Teams /Zoom conferencing solutions
  • Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting steps such as power cycling Devices or checking physical connections
  • Must be available for 100% onsite in Hopkinsville, KY 42240
  • Must be available for Day shift - Mon-Friday 8-5pm
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)
