IT Audit, Senior Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage all phases of complex IT audits, build strong relationships with senior management and business partners, validate issue remediation and emerging risks, ensure timely completion of audits within budget and scope, develop and execute continuous monitoring tests, promote a culture of quality and compliance, collaborate with audit leadership to enhance methodologies and standards, mentor and develop junior team members, and safeguard organizational technology assets through strong IT audit expertise and regulatory knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT audit experience
- Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001)
- Experience in IT general controls, application controls, and infrastructure controls
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and manage teams
