IT Audit Senior Manager

Conducts audit engagements to critically assess management and internal control processes, approving the nature, extent and timing of the audit, its execution and the formulation of insightful audit reports. Provides independent assurance on the quality and effectiveness of internal control, risk management, and governance systems and processes to support senior management and the Board. Develops the annual audit plan aligned to client strategies, hires/onboards new team members when appropriate, collaborates across BMO to communicate strategies, and uses data analytics to inform decision making. Demonstrates senior leadership by guiding teams, delivering actionable insights, and providing strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor. Qualifications include typically 7+ years of experience with post-secondary degree and professional technology/audit designation; CISA preferred; strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills; experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud is preferred.
