Job Summary
Power BI & Data Engineering focus role based in Kraków (B2B). You will build and improve Power BI reports/dashboards, manage data models and data quality in the data warehouse, and develop data pipelines (Airflow, Azure). Atlassian administration (Jira, Confluence, Tempo) is also a key responsibility, along with potential IT operations support (license management, IT tooling, security policies). The position requires 3+ years of relevant experience, an independent, structured work approach, and strong English communication, with the role operating on an intermediate–senior level on a contractor basis. The team emphasizes data quality, ownership, and collaborative delivery, with an emphasis on autonomy and impactful output in a Kraków-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role
- Experience with Power BI and data modeling
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data engineering (Airflow, Azure are a plus)
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Tempo) – ideally including administration
- Structured, independent way of working and a sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills in English (Polish and/or German are a plus)
- Experience working on a B2B basis
