Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associates degree or 2 years IT experience troubleshooting hardware/software
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Experience in Information Systems Management or related IT fields
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
