Job Summary
Diagnose computer errors, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and remedy problems via phone, email, in-person, or remote access. Install and configure operating systems, update systems, and train users on computer systems, hardware, and software delivery and maintenance. Follow up with users after issues are resolved. This compressed schedule position involves a 4 days/10 hours shift from 5:00am to 3:30pm. You must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent coursework, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of working in a technical environment
- Must be able to work any shift, night, weekends, holidays and extended hours as part of the regular schedule
- Capacity to work efficiently with little to no direct supervision
- Strong Working Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and team working skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Display an openness to learning new technologies
