Job Summary
IT Associate Business Systems Analyst supports lifecycle planning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Works with Business Systems Analysts I-III to troubleshoot and modify applications, triages daily tickets, documents workflows and knowledge base articles, assists in end-user training, and participates in end-to-end testing after upgrades/patches. Acts as liaison between end-users, vendors, and IT teams; ensures application usability, compliance with regulatory/HIPAA requirements, and resilience testing where possible; performs service desk frontline duties for application support requests; maintains security and compliance documentation and supports incident response and upgrade activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
- Two (2) years’ experience working with various software applications such as RightFax, SharePoint, OnBase, Zoom, Dynamics F&O, Dayforce, etc.
- ISTQB’s (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Foundation-Level Business Analyst Certification (CFLBA) or equivalent within one (1) year of hire
- May be required to complete a technology specific certification in an application such as SharePoint, OnBase, Jira, Everbridge, etc.
- Level I fingerprint clearance card: current valid and in good standing or have applied for it within seven working days after beginning employment
