Job Summary
Provide Level 1 support via chatbot for microcomputer systems, utilizing Windows OS, computer networks, and Office 365. Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI. Prioritize candidates with ServiceNow expertise, on-premise and hybrid email services (Exchange and Office 365), Microsoft services including Active Directory and SCCM, and virtualization environments like Azure, VMware, and Citrix. This role is essential for the PCD team.
