Job Summary
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT network infrastructure using Cisco routing and switching, including ASA, Firepower, IPS, and AnyConnect devices. Manage Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint appliances while ensuring security compliance through patching, audit log reviews, and access control enforcement. Assess network performance for business requirements, plan hardware and software upgrades, and execute disaster recovery operations. Provide 24x7 support availability with flexibility for nights and weekends, adhering to ITIL practices for change and incident management. Create accurate network diagrams and present reporting. Requires CCNA and CCNP certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be amenable to working in shifting schedules
- Must be able to work onsite at BGC Taguig US Shifts
- Immediate start preferred
- Bachelors degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in network administration and support
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Required
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Required
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and security appliances
- Experience in Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewall management
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and compliance standards
