Job Summary
IT Asset & Logistics Coordinator in Berlin with responsibilities for managing inbound and outbound goods, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to defined service levels; handling shipping, loading/unloading, storage, and inventory control including regular inventories and deviation resolution; coordinating RMA processes and cross-site deliveries; collaborating with external service providers and suppliers; maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse and logistics environment. Requires fluent German and English, physical ability to move heavy items, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, independent, and structured work style in the Berlin area.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Lager oder Warenmanagement
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere zum Verständnis und zur Umsetzung von Arbeitsanweisungen
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, schwere Gegenstände sicher zu bewegen
- Gültiger Führerschein
- Bereitschaft für standortbezogene Transport- und Lieferaufgaben im Raum Berlin
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise im operativen Umfeld
