IT Asset Lifecycle Manager

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, and related infrastructure) from planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Develop and enforce asset management policies, maintain accurate inventory records, collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and business units, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, support, and cost optimization. Responsibilities include asset planning and procurement, vendor coordination, budgeting and cost optimization, process improvement, asset inventory and tracking, lifecycle management, end-of-life management, compliance and risk management, and reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of IT asset management experience, familiarity with IT asset lifecycle principles, asset management systems, and vendor management; knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA/SOX is a plus; ITIL or related certifications are desirable. Full-time role based in Tallahassee, FL (on-site) with travel as needed.
