IT Asset Coordinator

Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets using management tools and coordinate procurement, deployment, and return of equipment. Monitor and reconcile asset records with physical inventory and financial systems while tracking software licenses to ensure compliance. Manage the asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal, including coordinating repairs, warranty services, and secure, environmentally compliant disposal. Assist in onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and reclaiming IT equipment, and conduct periodic physical audits of hardware. Generate reports on asset usage, lifecycle status, and compliance metrics. Work closely with IT support, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely updates. Requires 2+ years in IT asset management, proficiency in asset tools and Excel, and ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Occasional visits to the manufacturing plant may be required.
