Job Summary
The IT Asset Administrator is responsible for administering the software purchasing process, overseeing software renewals, maintaining a centralized calendar for tracking software assets, and ensuring compliance with software licenses. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, and a focus on risk mitigation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and experience in Software Asset Management or Procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Strong understanding of software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual, enterprise agreements, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation
- U. S. citizenship is required
- Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance

- Experience in Software Asset Management
- Familiarity with SAM tools and ITSM platforms
