Job Summary
IT Architect responsible for reviewing software requests, analyzing business requirements, evaluating and selecting new software solutions, and defining standards. Involves establishing and optimizing architecture processes with integration to information security, license management, sourcing, and continuing development and analysis of the target application landscape for standardization. Deriving action requirements, roadmaps, and implementing decommissioning measures; administration and assurance of data maintenance. Requires a degree in computer science or related field, strong English and German, customer and team orientation, and knowledge of enterprise architecture management; prior IT solution/enterprise architect experience is valued. The role offers flexible hours with remote work part of the time and a modern, internationally active environment within Plansee Ceratizit Europe EOOD, Gabrovo, Bulgaria.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business administration/business informatics or a similar field
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture management
- Experience as an IT solution architect or enterprise architect (preferred)
- Strong customer and team orientation
- Affinity for technology and openness for new technologies
