Job Summary
IT Architect I designs and develops enterprise-scale solutions that align with business requirements, interfaces with clients to identify system needs, defines architectures across IT domains, leads technical strategy and documentation, and mentors development teams to ensure adherence to standards and security protocols. Responsibilities include leading architecture discussions from proof of concept to production deployment, evaluating emerging technologies, creating architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to guide implementation across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 8 to 12 years of related experience
- Expert knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal, and SQL
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Experience with designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based solutions
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence and inspire teams
