IT Apps Developer

Job Summary
Develop software to create new application functionality and perform defect remediation per design specs; create and execute unit/integration tests; participate in peer code reviews; assist with application deployment. Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, plus HTML/CSS and REST APIs; knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL); familiarity with Agile/Scrum; SAFE Agile preferred; experience with frameworks including .NET, React, and Node.js; DevOps experience preferred. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience and about 1 year of IT applications experience in design, development, testing, and maintenance of mainframe or server-based technologies. Travel up to 25%. Location: Savannah, GA, USA; on-site role with first shift. Gulfstream Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required.or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- 1 year experience in IT applications to include design, development, test, and maintenance experience in mainframe or server based technologies.
