Job Summary
ITAS Support Administrator role focused on owning the ITAS workflow—reviewing, validating, and processing Army IT requests to ensure policy alignment with AR 25-1, CIO directives, and IT acquisition requirements. Responsibilities include coaching requestors, identifying documentation gaps, coordinating corrections for compliance and audit readiness, delivering timely submissions to Army stakeholders, and maintaining governance metrics and reporting to enhance transparency and reduce cycle time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Army IT policy, acquisition workflows, or governance systems
- Experience with enterprise systems such as CHESS, DoD ESI, or Army CIO processes
- Ability to translate complex policy into actionable guidance
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, Information Security, or Engineering and 4+ years of IT governance experience, or 6+ years of IT governance experience in lieu of a degree
- Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or similar certification
