Job Summary
Manage the Credit Union's core Symitar system and associated applications through configuration, maintenance, and upgrade support. Resolve system incidents and break-fix conditions by performing root-cause analysis, documenting solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of end-user requests within established SLAs. Monitor and execute automated IT processes, manage system jobs and non-production environments, and facilitate implementation of system upgrades and user acceptance testing. Triage service requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain operational procedures to support key business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical or business area
- 5 years directly related experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an application analyst or related position in the financial services industry
- preferably with credit union experience
- Experience utilizing Symitar in a technical capacity
- good working knowledge and understanding of the technologies and concepts supporting the essential functions of the position
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- hours & days worked must be flexible based on needs of position
