Job Summary
IT Applications Analyst provides support to ensure the Credit Union’s core system (Symitar) and associated applications are properly configured, maintained and supporting key business processes. Responsibilities include system administration and configuration management, facilitating system upgrades/service packs, incident/break-fix resolution, and end-user request fulfillment. Role involves monitoring IT operational processes, documenting new/existing procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years directly related experience) and至少 2 years of application-analyst experience; familiarity with Symitar in a technical capacity; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business area or 5 years directly related experience
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as an application analyst or related position in the financial services industry, preferably with credit union experience
- Experience utilizing Symitar in a technical capacity
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
