Job Summary
Ensure integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and conduct business analysis to document requirements for telehealth and business applications. Troubleshoot application issues, provide user training, and manage healthcare integrations including HL7, API, and EHR/EMR systems like EPIC and Cerner. Enforce IT policies, maintain asset inventory, and support onboarding/offboarding processes while utilizing Azure services for hosting and data storage. Design Power BI reports to analyze data and support decision-making, ensuring cloud application security and compliance. Actively lead IT and business projects from conception to completion, monitoring progress and implementing mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably Telehealth
- Proven experience in IT application support, implementation, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of healthcare integrations (HL7, API) and EHR/EMR systems (EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)
- Strong business analysis capabilities and experience with RFI/RFP processes
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects
- Experience with Power BI
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP
