Job Summary
Support the daily operations of the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system by resolving technical issues, executing configuration and system enhancements, and building expertise in the JDE toolkit. Collaborate closely with international key users, process owners, and external partners to ensure reliable and efficient system performance. Coordinate the change management process and monitor integrations between JDE and other business applications. Maintain accurate records of business processes including sales, production, logistics, and finance while providing efficient, user-friendly solutions. Work primarily on-site in Edegem with flexible hours and a hybrid option available.
Required Qualifications
- experience with enterprise application support
- JD Edwards or a similar ERP system
- knowledge of business processes such as sales, production, logistics and finance
- strong communication skills
