Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end IT service operations in alignment with predefined service level agreements, managing maintenance, support, incident, problem, release, and risk management. Track service dependencies, execute business analysis, and lead solution design and implementation of changes and enhancements with software vendors. Manage product releases, data migrations, and impact analysis while serving as team head deputy for a larger Zurich-based team. Requires sound knowledge of MS Windows Server environments, ETL tools, and end-of-day processing. Fluency in English is essential; a Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of experience as an IT Service Owner are required.
Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of MS Windows Server environments and ETL Tools
- MS SQL
- reporting and scripting
- Experience with end-of-day processing (AWA)
- communication between applications and modern interfaces (APIs, IBM MQ)
- Knowledgeable about security aspects of applications and incident/change/release management processes within large companies in the financial sector
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Service Owner, Application Responsible or a similar role
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
