Job Summary
IT Application Manager responsible for second-line support and optimization of diverse business applications and platforms within PwC's IFS Technology team. You will support cloud-based platforms (Azure), data-related platforms (Databricks and analytics environments), and contribute to secure, scalable application operations in an agile environment. The role emphasizes balancing hands-on technical work with user-experience improvements, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the support landscape; collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to ensure high availability and a future-proof application landscape. You should bring strong analytical skills, customer-focused mindset, proactive communication, and a readiness to learn, with experience in IT application support and familiarity with databases, Windows environments, and enterprise applications. The position offers hybrid working in Utrecht, Netherlands, with a mobility allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT application support, service desk, or a similar technical support role
- Knowledge of business applications, incident management, and problem-solving processes
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, Windows environments, or enterprise applications
