Job Summary
Support Epic Charge Router and Batch Billing functionality by providing analysis, system implementation, and integration projects across clinical and business functions. Configure, design, develop, or modify applications via vendor tools, validate data integrity, and resolve customer software problems. Research requests to determine scope and impact, elicit requirements, and validate solutions against stated needs while acting as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical teams. Manage small- to mid-sized projects and contribute to software testing activities. May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support. This role is within the Electronic Health Record Patient Access & Revenue Cycle work unit at Mayo Clinic.
