Job Summary
IT Procurement Buyer with 7–10 years of experience handling end-to-end sourcing across Hardware, InfoSec software, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) for APAC, EMEA, and US. Manages RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles, builds Total Cost of Ownership backed business cases delivering 8–10% YoY cost savings, negotiates multi-year agreements with >90% spend under contract, owns full P2P lifecycle with >95% PO compliance, and oversees strategic OEM relationships (Dell, Lenovo, Cisco). Also optimizes SaaS licensing across HR, Finance, Collaboration, and Security with low shelfware; ensures GDPR and SOC 2 compliance and mitigates geopolitical and cyber supply chain risks. Collaborates with IT, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal across three global regions.
Required Qualifications
- BE / BBA / MBA / master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 7–10 years IT procurement / sourcing experience
- Experience managing end-to-end sourcing across Hardware, InfoSec software, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
