IT and Systems Manager to lead network, cloud, and device infrastructure across multiple locations, overseeing security, software licenses, SaaS integrations, onboarding/offboarding, and IT support. Responsibilities include managing network hardware and connectivity, administering cloud storage and data management, enforcing security policies, maintaining endpoint security, and building comprehensive SOPs and documentation. Requires hands-on IT leadership with 5-8+ years of IT management, expertise in Google Workspace, Shopify, and Ubiquiti, and a BA/BS degree; role is based in Brooklyn and Tribeca, NY with full-time in-person requirements. Compensation ranges from $90k to $130k plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8+ years IT management experience
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Shopify, and Ubiquiti Systems
- Ad-hoc onsite hardware support is necessary when applicable
