IT and Networking Officer

Conduct internet performance monitoring, investigate cuts and downtime, and communicate stability to the team. Configure general routers, DNS settings, and LTE connections while managing access points, switches, and ethernet cabling. Set up computers for new and existing members, fix hardware issues, and troubleshoot IT problems. Maintain a physical server, manage backup internet systems, and ensure sufficient internet or credit balances. Lead internet security courses for all staff and monitor individual device usage. Commit to a twelve-month tenure with potential renewal.
