Job Summary
Manage cloud-based file storage in G-Suite, maintain company inventory of hardware and software, and troubleshoot all hardware and software issues for local and remote employees. Provide IT support, acquire new computers for hires, and develop Standard Operating Procedures for cross-functional teams. Research and implement automation solutions, propose new software and hardware to improve process flow, and monitor networks for cybersecurity threats while working with outside vendors. Manage user creation and deletion in key subscription programs. Full-time role with competitive salary of $85,000–$110,000. Minimum five years IT experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years previous IT and systems management experience
- Ability to work with a cross functional team of engineers and scientists
- Ability to understand and function within existing processes, procedures and systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience setting up, maintaining, and controlling access to cloud databases
- Experience with coding and/or scripting
