Job Summary
Leverage Oracle BI Reporting to solve complex business problems and configure, customize, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Manage defects by determining root cause, implementing corrective action, and documenting findings in Wego's CRM tool while monitoring system health to detect deviations early. Participate in full projects from concept to launch with architect responsibilities, working directly with business partners to define requirements for Solutions and Dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving Oracle Fusion ERP, OTM, and OIC, utilizing expertise in mapping, lookups, and integration scheduling. Collaborate with team members to ensure project success through weekly meetings and progress tracking in Asana.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL SQL
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing), including implementation, customization, reporting, integrations, and production support
- 3+ years of work experience with Oracle Fusion BI Reporting, OBIEE
- 7+ years of work experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Adapters
- 3+ years of work experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Ability to gather requirements, develop and implement solid processes
Desired Qualifications
- hands on experience configuring, customizing, and integrating OTM in the cloud
- Oracle Fusion ERP or OTM or OIC technical engineer role
