Job Summary
IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure focused on Linux server administration and infrastructure automation at Caterpillar, based in Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India. Responsibilities include provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of Red Hat Linux or Ubuntu servers; applying OS security patches; using Ansible for configuration management; monitoring platforms (e.g., Zabbix) and incident troubleshooting; maintaining system documentation. Preferred knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD tools, and certifications like CompTIA Linux+. Nice-to-have docker/K8s exposure.
