IT Analyst

Job Summary
Support the IT team and MSP to ensure users receive appropriate service and support, escalating concerns as required. Perform basic network troubleshooting for DHCP, DNS, PING, FTP, VPN, and investigate issues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and internet providers. Aid users by diagnosing problems and explaining solutions clearly, while managing account creation and termination via ADUC. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, conduct mobile device setup and changeovers, and deliver training on technology solutions. Requires 2+ years of helpdesk experience, strong Microsoft suite knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. This contract role offers stability within a family-owned leader in Canadian cleaning services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a helpdesk role with an IT focus
- Good technical knowledge of the following Microsoft suite; Windows 11, 365, SharePoint, OneDrive & MS Teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring that requests are responded to in a timely manner to service issues and requests, offering exceptional customer service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with great interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education in Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience managing mobile devices, networks, and VoIP systems (8x8 experience considered an asset)
