IT Analyst

IT Analyst role in a leading international law firm (Paul Hastings) based in Chicago. Responsibilities include providing technology solutions and end-user support, handling first-level help desk activities, supporting meeting technology and events (video conferences, client meetings, presentations), coordinating with firm-wide IT teams to schedule and execute meetings, on-site user support, maintaining software standards, asset management, incident lifecycle through the ticketing system, and contributing to IT initiatives and deployments. Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft OS and Office, Service Now, MS Teams, remote access technologies (Citrix, VPN), mobile tech, networking technologies, and security practices; 3+ years of experience in customer-facing IT support, LAN/WAN, and professional services or law firm environments; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; travel may be required.
