Job Summary
IT Analyst role provides technology solutions and customer support with a focus on first-level IT service delivery. Responsibilities include assisting customers directly for software/hardware requests, on-site end-user support at the local office, facilitating and supporting meeting technology events and tools (video conferences, presentations, client meetings), coordinating with firm-wide teams to schedule and execute meetings, maintaining software standards, handling service tickets through the lifecycle, participating in IT initiatives and deployments, supporting mobile device technologies and remote access tools, and assisting with planned/disruptive network events. Requires 3+ years of experience in IT support, and Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience; strong proficiency with Microsoft OS and Office, ServiceNow, MS Teams, Citrix, VPN, networking, and security concepts; light travel may be required.
