Job Summary
IT Analyst will work with management to determine IT objectives to achieve organizational IT goals; responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software components, upgrading systems to enable compatible software, installing and upgrading antivirus software, testing and evaluating new technology, performing tests on new hardware and software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, analyzing IT requirements and providing objective advice on IT usage, and setting up new user accounts and profiles while handling password issues. The role requires proficiency with MAC/OS, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skilled in database programming and software installation
- Proficient with MAC and OS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of various range of software and hardware
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues
