IT Analyst II

Job Summary
IT Analyst II to monitor and optimize company-wide systems at Uplight, collaborate with internal teams to identify and integrate tools, maintain network health across offices, support IT and security/compliance programs, and serve as a resource for IT support and escalation. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of IT experience in a corporate office, a degree in a technical field (BS/MS), and hands-on experience with network and systems administration, scripting, and familiar tools such as Cisco/Meraki CCNA, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, AWS, and Github.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years IT experience in a corporate office environment
- Degree in a technical field, boot camp or multiple certifications (Cisco/Meraki CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, JumpCloud Administrator)
- Strong knowledge of IT functional areas and concepts (networks, systems, etc)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Basic scripting skills (bash, powershell, etc)
