IT Analyst II

Job Summary
IT Analyst II to monitor and optimize Uplight’s company-wide systems, collaborate with internal teams to identify and integrate new tools while maximizing existing functionality, maintain network health across offices including backup and disaster recovery, and support IT services with the IT Support team, while partnering with Security on compliance and audits. Required credentials include a technical degree and multiple certifications (e.g., Cisco/Meraki CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, JumpCloud Administrator); 5+ years of IT experience in a corporate office environment and strong knowledge of IT domains (networks, systems). Bonus familiarity with Torii, FreshService, Atlassian, AWS, and Github. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years IT experience in a corporate office environment, plus experience in system administration in at least one system.
- Degree in a technical field, boot camp or multiple certifications (Cisco/Meraki CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, JumpCloud Administrator)
- Strong knowledge of IT functional areas and concepts (networks, systems, etc)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Basic scripting skills (bash, powershell, etc)
