Job Summary
Provide incident support to the business in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining technical documentation for timely resolution. Install and deploy hardware, software, and mobile devices within a virtualised platform using remote client technologies, Active Directory, backup systems, and Microsoft 365. Identify and analyse hardware, software, and system problems to resolve or refer issues. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and maintaining procedures. A current driver's license is necessary to travel to sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificate IV in Information Technology
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Outstanding customer, organisational and technical service skills
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
- A current drivers license
