Job Summary
IT Analyst role at Datwyler IT Services to support and maintain local ICT environments within a mixed sourcing setup. Responsibilities include supporting IT/Operations and Manufacturing processes per Datwyler standards, documenting IT/Operations procedures, assisting in training for Operations and Manufacturing, providing general network/server/phone support, preparing PC systems per standard staging, maintaining server rooms to meet standards, promptly resolving issues via Service Now, and collaborating with local/global IT teams and business units to achieve shared goals.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 5 years’ experience supporting Windows servers/systems
- Basic knowledge of server hardware, racking systems, and networking
- Experience using Help Desk and Ticketing Systems
- Experience with Service Now
- Strong ability to translate and present complex systems issues to non-technical colleagues
- Collaborative, consultative working style and cross-functional collaboration
