Job Summary
Plan, analyze requirements, and develop roadmaps for data protection initiatives including Information Classification, Data Loss Protection (DLP), and Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD). Lead coordination meetings with ADB department focal points to communicate objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to define data classification scenarios and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Execute end-to-end delivery of data protection projects, managing sprint planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Coordinate activities among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams while gathering user feedback to identify root causes and improve controls. Configure and validate Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and related technologies to ensure continuous improvement of data protection processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or relevant fields
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional IT experience
- At least three (3) years of experience implementing and supporting data protection, information security, compliance, or related initiatives
- Strong understanding of governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance processes
- Experience implementing DLP and BYOD policies and controls using Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance solutions
- Experience in business engagement, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance solutions
