Job Summary
Conduct Level 1 incident management for hardware, communications, networking, and shop-floor systems while monitoring local IT infrastructure and ensuring current system backups. Perform daily operations support for the 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am) with 7x24 on-call availability for critical plant operations, escalating issues to next-level teams as needed. Collaborate with plant management on continuous improvement initiatives, interface with internal and external Adient customers, and coordinate infrastructure installations with suppliers. Maintain documentation of IT services and equipment while adhering to security and vulnerability standards.

- Windows administrative knowledge (Servers and PCs)
- Experience with Networking Infrastructure and Architecture
- Bachelors' Degree in IT
- Associates/Technical Degree in IT related field of study with 2+ years of experience or additional equivalent experience

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ideally automotive industry
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- Basic database knowledge and report writing skills
