Job Summary
The IT Analyst role focuses on maintaining the performance of communications and network information systems during first shift operations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in troubleshooting shop floor equipment and network administration, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years of relevant IT experience
- 3-5+ years of experience troubleshooting shop floor equipment
- At least 3 years of practical experience with SQL
- Basic network troubleshooting and administration skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in MES shop floor systems
- LAN/WAN infrastructure
- IT support within a manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating manufacturing IT services, projects, or operations
- Familiarity with the Systems Development Lifecycle and IT infrastructure services (Windows Server, network monitoring, SQL reporting)
