Job Summary
Monitor support channels and resolve user issues through to resolution, escalating as needed. Troubleshoot and fix hardware/software problems for end users, including repairing, replacing, and setting up devices. Accurately log tickets and maintain clear documentation while assisting with onsite IT support and provisioning/deprovisioning users and devices. Report integration issues and support physical site improvements like equipment installs and removals. Configure systems following IT processes and standards, manage mobile devices (iOS and Android), and participate in departmental projects under guidance. Work onsite at the Virginia Distribution Center providing technical support to users and warehouse equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Working on site in our Virginia Distribution Center
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common enterprise software
- Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Ability to follow documented processes and complete defined tasks independently
- Eagerness to learn and accept feedback constructively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and ask for help when needed
- Hands-on experience supporting Zebra printers, including setup, network connectivity, and print quality troubleshooting
- Comfortable sharing knowledge in team channels like Slack, documentation, or in meetings
- Prior experience with mobile device management (Jamf and Intune)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Experience working with SaaS tools or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with networking, Network + certification
